Remember all shipments that sailed prior to April 5th are exempt from the additional tariffs except China (please see below).

All shipments that sailed after April 5th but prior to April 9th are subject to 10% additional tariffs.
All shipments sailing April 9th and after are subject to Annex I .

Automotive Tariffs: As of April 3, 2025, a 25% tariff has been assessed on all foreign-made automobiles. Also, beginning on May 3, 2025, a 25% tariff is expected to be assessed on all automobile parts. For a comprehensive list of HTS codes that will be subject to these tariffs, click here.

Venezuelan Oil Tariffs: An executive order has been issued to impose a 25% tariff on any country that purchases oil from Venezuela. The Trump Administration has given the Secretary of State the power to enact these tariffs when he feels appropriate. Some of the countries that purchase oil from Venezuela include Brazil, China, Cuba, India, Italy, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Turkey, and Vietnam.​

**​​​Other products enumerated in Annex II to this order, including copper, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, lumber articles, certain critical minerals, and energy and energy products to this order, consistent with law, shall not be subject to the ad valorem rates of duty under this order.
